It was being renovated as recent as August.
But the decor wasn't your typical flip decor...
Turns out, it was a flip (apparently done by
Barlow Reid Design) that had been listed in

So, they did a good job (I still want to know where that bed is from!).
I just wish the microwave wasn't over the stove (didn't notice that first time around)...
So, this place was going to go over asking.
The listing price was $1,879,000. I thought it would sell closer to $1,935,000.
