Since we are talking about houses in the $16,000,000 range like the house in my last post at 103 Poplar Plains Road...

I thought I would post this 5 bedroom, 9 bathroom house on a 351 x 1022 foot waterfront lot (or 8 acres) at 1454 Robinson Place just outside of Barrie off Big Bay Point Road in Innisfil.

It is a 12 year old home that was designed by JF Brennan, the same designer behind the $15,900,000 house at 4411 Escarpment Side Road in Caledon...

And the originally listed $19,500,000 house at 346 Riverview Drive in Teddington Park that had several price drops with the last being at $15,880,000 (not sure if it ever sold)...

Like the house in my last post at 103 Poplar Plains Road, this house has a his and hers master suite.  And I'm not talking 2 bathrooms.  This is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  It is a lot of house.

But why are there so many houses listed at $16 million!?!  Are there really that many people in this price range looking for houses?

Probably.

But like the houses above that were all listed around $16 million, is this a $16 million house?  

Probably not.

(With the possible exception of the Poplar Plains house).

Even with the Le Creuset...
