PRICE DROP - 97 ad 99 Beaver Avenue - DAVENPORT
In November, I posted the listing for these 3 semi lots at 97 and 99 Beaver Avenue (how is that 3?) in Davenport.
There were apparently plans for each lot to have a 2,400 square foot house with 2 terraces including a rooftop deck and 2 parking spots.
It was an interesting idea in a neighbourhood that is seeing a lot of potential.
But...
I thought the fact that this happened to the front of one of the houses might be an issue...
And the fact that it is across the street from a parking lot...
And this hydro tower...
That wouldn't be super appealing.
These lots were first listed at $2,989,000. They didn't sell and the price was dropped in November to $2,499,000.
I thought it could be interesting investment if each semi could sell around $1 million.
But I thought it would probably have another price drop. It just did.
The new asking price for these lots is...
$2,295,000.
Not sure that's enough of a drop.
