34 First Avenue - RIVERSIDE
In April, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi/row house on a 15 x 91 foot lot at 34 First Avenue.
At the time, it was a 3+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house and the kitchen looked like this...

Ummm...
It has since been gutted.
And it is nice.
It has wide, white oak floors. I like the bannister. And the kitchen now looks like this...
Upstairs, the rooms are a good size and the bathroom is good. I am just not crazy about the toilet. And I don't love the basement vanity.
But I wonder what is going on with the front because there is no photo in the new listing and the one above is from the April listing.
In April, the asking price was $529,000. I am not sure what it sold for but I think it was right around list.
It is now listed at $899,000.
It's a good flip, but there is no parking and it backs onto the strip on Gerrard.
So, I think this might be a little high. I'm thinking more like $845,000.
P.S. That backyard needs some cedars or something to hide that warehouse, or whatever that is.
