When I posted it, the listing price was $1,449,000 but it had been listed in June 2013 for $1,650,000. I thought both prices were pretty high.
It didn't sell and after a
at the beginning of January, it
sold for $1,341,000. That would make it a $1,622,000 house today.
This house is much bigger, and even though it looks like an office building, it is a better house on the inside than the neighbour (not that there was anything wrong with that house).
As the house is now, there is a lot of brown. If that isn't your thing, that could be changed (but there is a lot of brown and beige in the bathrooms).
And I'm not really a fan of the stone on the fireplace (or the backsplash), but I don't think it would be difficult to change that either and maybe make it look more like the fireplace at the church conversion at
...
But I really like the floor colour in this house and the fact that it is so bright.
Basically, this is a pretty great house in a central location with parking and a fairly good sized yard with a dedicated exercise bike location in the middle of the house...

I think it will sell fast and probably closer to $2,500,000.
