Last Friday, I posted

this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on a 12.5 x 73 foot lot at 115 De Grassi Street in Leslieville.

It wasn't a super exciting house from the outside (though it was very nice looking), and the inside was a good house but also not super exciting.

But the furniture throughout the house worked really well together.

And I loved the lights.  I just couldn't place them.  Thankfully, a reader pointed out that they were from

a Montreal based company called Lambert et Fils.

The house was listed at $629,900.

Because all the furniture worked so well together, I thought the house would show really well and sell over asking.

I was thinking closer to $730,000...maybe even $745,000.

It

sold

in 5 days...

For $660,000.

I suppose not a bad price for a 2 bedroom row house with no parking or finished basement!
