this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot at 570 Wellington Street West in Niagara.

It was the lower level unit but it was bright even though it was in the 'basement'.   The kitchen was kind of tiny but there was good outdoor space.

It was listed at $359,000 with condo fees of $417.77/month.

I didn't think it would sit for long.
