this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 17.54 x 100 foot lot at 320 Monarch Park Avenue.
It was a good looking semi that was located down the street from the 2 bedroom semi that I had posted 10 days earlier at

That house was listed at $535,000. I thought it would sell for $635,000. It apparently sold for $705,000.
This house that had another bedroom and was probably in a little better shape, but with some crazy paint choices, was listed at $699,900.
Given what the 2 bedroom house sold for down the street, I thought this would sell closer to $835,000.
