Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with 3 parking spots on a 28.08 x 148.50 foot lot at 53 Wilson Park Road in Parkdale.

It was a house that really grew on you and I loved it....A LOT.

It was basically a finished version of the semi at 391 Markham Street in Palmerston...

That had just sold for $2,110,000.

This house was listed at $1,800,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $2,100,000.  If there was a good AC unit in the 3rd floor, then maybe more.

Well, guess there was an amazing AC unit...

Because this Parkdale house just sold...

For $2.40.
