PRICE DROP - 34 First Avenue - RIVERSIDE
Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi row house on a 15 x 91 foot lot at 34 First Avenue in Riverside.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this on the inside...
So, anything was going to be an improvement.
Before it was flipped, it was listed at $529,000 in April. I'm not sure what it sold for but I think it was right around list.
After the flip, the asking price was $899,000
It was a good flip, but there was still no parking and it backed onto the Gerrard strip. I thought it was a little high and would sell closer to $845,000.
It didn't sell and the price was just dropped...
To $879,000.
I still think it's a little high.
