The style of the interior of this house is definitely not for everyone, and I would definitely prefer the interior of the house at 103 Bedford for myself...
But even if this house isn't your style, you have to appreciate that it is amazing....

I think it sold the house.
If this is your style, the house is the best thing ever.
If it isn't, I don't think it would be very hard or expensive (compared to the price of the house) to make it more like the style of the house at 103 Bedford Road. It would need some paint and the removal of wallpaper, and if you wanted to spend extra money, it could have the kitchen and bathrooms updated.
But none of that is necessary.
This house was listed at $2,698,000.
It took a little over 2 weeks, but it finally sold...
For $2,496,250.
