For some reason, it didn't sell within the first week it was on the market.  But according to a tweet from

a Globe and Mail reporter, on the 8th day on the market, 4 bids came in.

It ended up selling over asking after 10 days on the market...

For $878,000.

Wonder if they threw in the furniture.
