In February, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi/row house on a 15 x 90 foot lot at 34 First Avenue just south of Gerrard in South Riverdale/Riverside.

It was a flip of house that was listed in April for $529,000 and had an interior that looked like this...

The flip looked like this...

So...they did a good job.

But I thought with a backyard that looked like this...

That the $899,000 asking price was a little high. 

The price was dropped 2 weeks later to $879,000.  I thought it was still a little high.

It just sold...

For $858,000.
