I didn't know what it was about the house, but I loved it.

And it looks like someone else loved it as it also sold yesterday...after 1 day on the market.

This house, and the garage that a reader pointed out

used to be where Igor Kenk stored some of his stolen bicycles, was listed at $849,900.

over 2 years ago, I thought this place could sell for $1,050,000.
