PRICE DROP - 44 Fern Avenue - RONCEVALLES

Almost 3 weeks ago, I posted

this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a double car garage on a 25 x 132 foot lot at 44 Fern Avenue in Roncesvalles.

It was a great house, and probably a huge improvement from what it was before (there is no streetview).

The herring bone floors were great.  The kitchen was large (though I thought the sink placement was kind of odd).  It was bright.  There were lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and an in-law or rental suite option in the basement.

I just think I would switch the living room and the dining room furniture since there is no family room.

It was listed at $2,289,000 which I thought was high and that it would probably have a price drop.

It has. 

The price has just been dropped to $1,989,000.

That is a much more appealing price.   But is it the right price?  

It might not be but it's definitely a LOT closer.
