What's going on here!?!

In July 2015, I posted

this 7 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20 x 94 foot lot at 117 Major Street in Harbord Village.

It was listed at $998,000 and

sold

for $1,301,000.

It's now back on the market and it isn't a flip.

The new listing says it is an 8+1 bedroom house with 6 bathrooms.  

And the asking price is $999,888.
