I thought that considering the similar house on a lot that was twice the size at
Sold for $1,750,000...
That this house would probably sell for $1,450,000...maybe $1,499,000...
Even with the mermaid.
It looks like it never sold and they staged it for a new listing.
It was listed again on Thursday. It sold in 1 day on Friday...
For $1,399,000.
