351 Inglewood Drive - MOORE PARK
This is a 6+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 130 foot lot with 3 parking spots at 351 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.
If if looks familiar, it's because I posted it in January 2013 when it looked like this...
So...exactly the same.
It was a good house but I thought it could use some updating in the kitchen...
And perhaps an addition of a master bathroom on top of where the family room skylight was...
Neither of those things happened but the cabinets of the kitchen were painted and the floors were changed...
They also painted out the dark wood in the front hall, living room, and dining room which makes a BIG difference...
And they didn't create a bathroom where the skylight was.
But they did leave some shoes on the window sill...
That immediately made me think of this photo of Kate Moss and Pete Doherty from 2007...
In 2013, this house was listed at $1,995,000.
I thought it would sell for $2,185,000. It sold for $2,155,000.
With 10% compounded interest, that would make it a $2.9 house now.
It was just listed at $2,500,000.
And apparently it has already sold.
My guess is around $2,765,000...maybe more.
