this house that looked like a church on the outside at 186 Wallace Avenue in the Junction Triangle.
But it wasn't a church. It was a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 19 x 100 foot lot with 1 parking spot.
And it was definitely unique.
As one of the many readers who sent it in described it, it was a great example of Steam Punk.
Plus, it had a crazy oven...
And a lap pool...
It was listed at $999,000.
I thought it would sell closer to $1,275,000, if not more.
According to a reader, it sold last night with 13 offers...
For $1,600,186.
