A little over a week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 22 x 100 foot lot at 22 Hammersmith Avenue in the Beaches.

I really liked the house and how it was styled.  But I didn't get the layout.  The kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom were on the second floor while the living room and the 2 other bedrooms were on the first floor.

The asking price was $1,799,000.

Three days after I posted it, the price was dropped to $1,749,000 with a change to the listing information...

For $1,725,000.
