And for the most part, it is a really good reno.

The staging is great. I love the light in the living room and the majority of the furniture (not so much into those living room chairs).  

I wish they had dug out the basement because the ceiling height seems really low...

And I don't love the door handles throughout.  

But that is kind of nitpicking because it is a great move in ready house with good bathrooms, a good kitchen, nice floors, windows, and stairs...
