So, it's not that different.
And on the inside, it's pretty much the same as well.
I think the house was staged for this listing as the living room carpet is rolling up in the corners. And those red chairs matching the red vase that matches the red tea towel is all a little much. But the house looks great.
The kitchen is the same and, though I didn't love it the first time around, I kind of love it now. It's small, but it is a good kitchen.
They got rid of that open area on the second floor...

Which could also make a good office.
The bathrooms have stayed the same and the basement apartment is the same.
Basically, it's a great house all around.
The only problem is that if you do have a tenant, you have to walk through their apartment to get to the laundry.
But that space could also be great for a kid in university that comes home every once in a while but who you want to keep out of your space.
In 2012, this place was listed at $1,495,000. I am not sure what it sold for, or if it ever did, but I was thinking somewhere closer to $1,375,000.
Four years later, it was back on the market for $1,595,000.
