On Tuesday, a reader (thanks!) sent in the listing for this 5+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom triplex on a 30 x 116 foot lot with 3 parking spots at 124 Grenadier Road in Roncesvalles.

After pointing out the price, they said...

All of us (neighbours) are gossiping about it endlessly and have every body part you can imagine crossed!!!
