At first, that price seems high...
But when you considering that it is located down the street from the house at
...
That needed a full reno and sold for $2,330,330 in April...
This price doesn't seem so crazy.
I just wish that front porch was a little more subtle.
And that this kitchen island was a little bit bigger...
And that the basement stove was a gas stove, not electric...
And that there was a floor plan because I have no idea what is going on.
