This house is smaller and not as 'up-to-date', but they both have a similar cottage-y feel.  This one is just a little more cottage-y.  

The bathrooms look recently renovated but the main bathroom doesn't have a shower.  There is only the shower in the basement.

Is the front yard.

But if you like this location (I find it a little quirky), this is a great house.

It is listed at $1,788,000.

For a 1 bedroom without a shower, that seems a little high.  But if you want in the area, there aren't a lot of houses and they don't come up very often.

I don't think this will sit for long.
