I don't get this at all.

This is an 8+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 20 x 94 foot lot at 117 Major Street in Harbord Village.

I first posted it in July 2015 when it was listed as a 7 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.  The asking price was $998,000.  It sold for $1,301,000.

Then in March, it was back on the market with another bedroom and 4 more bathrooms.

The asking price was $999,888.

It didn't sell and in May, there was a new photo of the outside...

And a few photos of the 4 new bathrooms...

And the price had also been increased from $999,888...

To $1,589,900.

It just sold ...

For $1,500,000.
