AND IT WENT FOR - 169 De Grassi Street - RIVERSIDE
At the beginning of May, I posted
this 2+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on a 15 x 90 foot lot at 169 De Grassi Street in Riverside.
It wasn't a big house, but it was a good house inside and out.
It had previously been listing in 2009 for $514,900. And since then, not a lot of changes were made.
They painted to brighten it up, some tile was replaced at the front door, the bathroom, and the kitchen, and they built a new deck.
But everything else was pretty much the same, even the fridge that opened to the back door...
Seven years after the 2009 listing, this house was listed again.
This time, the asking price was $789,900.
