At the end of April, I posted
this 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 181.16 foot lot at 89 Ridge Drive in Moore Park.
It was a large house that had been fully renovated in 2009. I wasn't super crazy about the style, but for someone that was into it, this was an amazing house.
And it had an amazing view...
Or the city skyline and treetops.
It was listed at $3,995,000.
I thought they would need to find someone who would love the place as is because the price didn't leave much room for changes.
Or they could find someone who just wanted to get on the south side of this street for those views.
It took 15 days to find someone but this house finally
