When I
posted it in July 2012, the price was down to $2,900,000 which I thought was a steal.
But 4 years later, it's on the market again. And either it sold and they are just reusing the same listing photos...
Or this house never sold and the dark interior hasn't changed at all...
It's a beautiful house, and I could get into the dark if it was something more like this...
But as it was, it was just too much (see the mirror below)...
And as I said in my first post about this house...
Maybe it is way overpriced or maybe it is just too hard to see past the unique style
This house is on the market again...
With that same 'unique style'...
For $3,999,900.
It may be a little high, and maybe they should have gone for a new look...
But I think this Carlton house could sell this time around...
