April 2014, I posted a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 14 x 105 foot lot at 70 Summerhill Gardens in Summerhill.

It was a fully renovated house with a large kitchen, an extension at the back, a dug out basement and a large bathroom on the second floor...

And it was attached to this house.

This house is also a 2 bedroom (+1), 2 bathroom house on a 14.33 x 105 foot lot, but it is at the end of the row so it is more like a semi.

But it isn't renovated to the same extent and there is no extension so it is small.

So small that the only dining room table is my grandmother's 4 seater kitchen table...

Whereas this is the kitchen next door...

And here is the bathroom of this house...

Not quite the same as the bathroom next door.

The house at 70 Summerhill Gardens was listed 2 years ago for $1,479,000.  It sold for $1,479,000...

Making it a $1,790,000 house today.

This house was listed two weeks ago for $995,000.

It

sold

in 10 days for...

$1,305,000.

P.S.  How come the fence from 70 Summerhill Gardens sticks out a foot into this backyard.?
