This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17.08 x 108.17 foot lot at 9 Boston Avenue in Leslieville.
If it looks familiar, it's because I posted it in Feburary 2012 when the listing photo looked like this...
So, there aren't a lot of changes other than the front bannister and the thing covering what I assume is the air conditioning.
Inside, it is all pretty much the same as well. There is also some of the same furniture like the foyer bench and the kitchen stools. And things like the master bed and basement couch are so similar that, at first, I though this could be the same owners from that listing even though this house did sell in 2012.
In September 2012, this house was listed at $749,000. I thought it would go over. It sold for $835,000.
A little over a week ago, this house was listed again for $899,900.
It sold in 6 days...
For $1,010,000.
