2 Castle Frank Road - ROSEDALE

A few weeks ago, I posted

the sale for the house at 57 Highland Avenue in Rosedale

...

In August 2014, when I first posted it, I mentioned that it reminded me of the house at

106 Crescent Road

...

That

sold in January 2014 for $3,042,235

 only to be

relisted 7 months later for $2,499,000.

There were a lot of similarities between the 2 houses in styling and I wondered if they were done by the same person.

But then earlier today, I posted a house at

64 Highland Avenue in Rosedale

....

That was clearly done by the same flipper as the Crescent Road house, and I realized that the house at 57 Highland was not done by that person.

But I still wondered if perhaps there was any connection with the house at 57 Highland and the house at

2 Castle Frank Road that I posted in July 2012

when it had been designed by

Lloyd Ralphs Design

...

Perhaps it was the horse sculptures that were in both houses...

Castle Frank

Or the animal print rug with the round wooden table on top that was also in both houses...

Whether or not they are related, I find the timing funny because this 6+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 75 x 194 foot lot at 2 Castle Frank Road that

sold in August 2012 for $6,000,000

....

Is now back on the market.  But with furniture that has no connection to any other house on this post.

The new asking price is $6,750,000.

Or $35,000 less than the flip at 64 Highland Avenue.

I'm going to guess that this one sells first.

Now I am also wondering when 106 Crescent Road is going to be relisted!

(And no.  I am not on drugs today.  It just feels like it.)
