AND IT WENT FOR - 2 Castle Frank Road - ROSEDALE
At the beginning of June, I posted
this 6+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 75 x 194 foot lot at 2 Castle Frank Road in south Rosedale.
It was a house that I
had posted in July 2012 when the asking price was $5,995,000. It
sold in August 2012 for $6,000,000.
Three weeks ago, it was back on the market for $6,750,000 on the same day that the 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom house at
64 Highland Avenue was listed at $6,785,000.
Despite this house not being as newly updated, I thought it would sell first.
It did. On Wednesday, this house
...
For $6,225,000.
My guess is we will see a price drop for 64 Highland sooner rather than later.
