this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom laneway house at 4A Kimberley Avenue in the Upper Beaches.
It was a very charming house that was once home to Rosemarie Popham, a well-known child advocate who

But that house was tiny on a tiny lot and didn't have running water.
This house had 3 bedrooms (though kind of oddly laid out), a large living room, a good kitchen, and a family room. And it had a nice yard.
It was listed at $949,000. I thought it could sell for $1,049,000.
