It was an interesting house....to say the least.
At first glance, there was a crazy mix of stone being used on the house and the driveway. Then I looked closer and I saw this...
And then I saw this...

What was going on here!?!
This was clearly a flip because this is what the house used to look like...
The asking price was $2,188,000.
Unsurprisingly, it didn't sell and the price was dropped in June 2015 to $2,149,000. And then in July 2015 to $2,095,000.

then a week later to $1,995,000.
At the end of May, it was on the market again. They staged it this time and changed that fireplace...
And they added this...
The new asking price was $2,149,000.
It has since had a price drop (thanks to a reader for pointing that out!).
