I was going to post it this week because it was pretty obvious that it was priced for a bidding war.

This area is in high demand from lots of people including doctors who want to live close to work but have emailed me to say they are being priced out.

 That just sold for $2,360,000 only 2 weeks ago...

Or the house at

18 Brunsick Avenue

 before any work.

So.....

An asking price of $1,399,000 for a fully move in ready house with a potential income suite and a 2 car garage?

Ummm......

It was going to get a bidding war.

And it did.

This house

sold

 in 6 days...

For $2,010,000.

Whoa.  Despite knowing there was going to be a bidding war, this one went a little higher than I would have thought.
