It is a house that used to look like this...
It is a now a new build that I am not super crazy about on the outside (at the front and the back), but the inside is surprisingly good...despite the wood floor being laid sideways.
The grey kitchen cabinet beside the grey fireplace feels a little awkward...

If I'm honest I would expect something better than that kitchen for this price

The bedrooms are a good size but contrary to what was said in that blogTO post that...
there's practically an ensuite for every bedroom, a feature you won't find in most traditional Toronto semis or detached homes.
Ummm....
The only ensuite is in the master bedroom...
And there is only 1 bathroom for the three other bedrooms.
The basement has another bedroom (and a bathroom but it is not an ensuite) and a large family room area with great ceiling height. But if you aren't into concrete, you might not love it.
Otherwise, this is a great house.

And if there were actually an ensuite for each room, it probably would have gone for $2,200.000.
UPDATE: Thanks to the commentor below for pointing out that this house had been listed earlier than a week ago. The asking price had been $2,150,000 before dropping to $1,997,000.
So...basically the price it could have been with actual ensuites.
