At the end of June, I posted

this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30 x 105 foot lot at 122 Virginia Avenue in East York

Two Face.

I don't really get the look of the outside at all but the inside is a really good house.

The front living room was kind of pointless and I wasn't super crazy about the floors but it was a good house otherwise.

It was initially listed at the beginning of June for $1,299,000.  When I posted it, the price had been increased to $1,428,000.

It finally

sold last week...

For $1,378,000.
