And considering she lived in a house in Chaplin Estates when this video done of her house for

I assumed it was a flip. But it was a very good flip.
Some aspects of the design weren't for everyone, but it was a really good mix of modern and orginal charm.
In 2012, I had thought it sold for around $3.1. A reader (who apparently confirmed it with their agent) says it sold for $2.6. After the reno, it was listed at $5,875,000 in April 2016.
That's a big jump no matter how much work was done to it. Not to mention, it was on a busy corner and it was located in front of this bus stop...
It didn't sell and
the price was dropped in June to $5,295,000
.
I thought that was a much better price.
It took another month, but this house finally
yesterday...
For $5,200,000.
Or exactly 2 times the amount it sold for in 2012.
