This house was listed on Wednesday for $1,499,000.
For a 3 bedroom that didn't have a fully finished third floor or a finished basement, I thought it might be a little high, but I just noticed the listing says the basement IS finished. There were just no photos.
Turns out it had already
on Thursday...
For $1,668,000.
They must have throw in that outdoor fireplace and the bike.
