AND IT WENT FOR - 264 Lee Avenue - BEACHES

A few weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 25.7 x 102 foot lot at 264 Lee Avenue in the Beaches.

It used to look like this...

I wasn't crazy about the front of the new build (but it was better than other new build that was beside it on the other half of the original property).

But the inside was good.

It reminded me a lot of the house a few streets over at 239 Kenilworth Avenue...

That was listed at $1,989,000 in May.  It sold in 3 days for $2,100,000.

This house (that I liked better) was also listed at $1,989,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $2.45.

Six days after I posted it, the price was increase to $2,189,000.

It sold 12 days later...

For $2,175,000.
