40 Beaconsfield Avenue

that I posted at the end of June...

I'm not sure if they had the same agent but if they did I don't understand why they weren't listed at the same time like the houses at

70 and 72 Lawton Boulevard

...

That eventually (and kind of unfortunately) turned into this...

A similar idea makes sense here.

Or it was bought by 2 different buyers.

Initially, 40 Beaconsfield was listed a year ago for $1,549,000 and apparently sold.  It was listed a year later with a different agent for $1,490,000.

It sold after 7 days on the market for $1,700,000.

A month later, this house was on the market for $2,149,000 (but as $2,100,000 on the agent's site).

It

sold

after almost a month on the market...

For $2,096,000.

Or $396,000 more than the neighbour.
