19 Brighton Avenue - LESLIEVILLE
Yesterday, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot at 103 Victor Avenue in Riverdale...
It is listed 'For Lease' but it had been listed for sale just 2 weeks ago. Considering the current market and that there is not a lot of inventory in Riverdale right now, it was strange that it was only listed for 1 week.
But I think this listing might explain it.
They needed the furniture.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with no parking on a 15 x 91 foot lot at 34 First Avenue was listed at $899,000. It sold for $858,000.
The house at 103 Victor Avenue was listed at $1,488,000 for a week before being taken off the market and listed for $6,500/month.
This 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 12.5 x 107 foot lot that used to look like this...
Is listed at $999,999.
It's narrow, but it has parking and a bright kitchen and family room. If the narrow basement and the height of this shower head aren't a problem...
This will probably sell over asking.
