This is a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with one parking spot on a 25 x 103 foot lot at 201 Atlas Avenue in Humewood.
It used to look like this 3 years ago...

The second I saw the new house, I immediately thought of the house at 120 Hope Street in Earlscourt that I posted in March...
They both have a similar listing photo and the interiors also have a lot of similarities. But I don't think it is the same builder. This one seems to have better finishes.
Speaking of finishes, this house was listed in the summer of 2015 and it still has the same furniture...
And even though they have had 14 months to finish that deck on the second floor with a railing, there is still no railing. There is a door. There should be a railing...especially if this is supposed to be a kid's room.
The house at 120 Hope Street that was also a 3 bedroom house but felt smaller was listed at $1,199,000. It sold for $1,210,000.
This house is listed at $1,699,000.
$1.7 for a 3 bedroom?
Seems kind of high.
