AND IT WENT FOR - 66 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX
In July, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 22.5 x 99 foot lot at 66 Tranby Avenue in the Annex.
It was a flip done by 3Gen Developement Group with the help of architects, WilliamsonWilliamson Inc..
It was a great house.
But it was initially listed at $3,800,000 and considering that the 3 bedroom house around the corner at 51 Bernard Avenue...
Had just sold for $3,352,500...
That was probably a little high....just a little. I thought perhaps they could throw in the lights for that price.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $3,699,000. I thought it was still a little high but definitely close.
And it was. This house sold...
For approximately $3,600,000.
