A month ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on a 14.17 x 92 foot lot at 113 Sparkhall Avenue in Riverdale.

It wasn't a big house, but it was a good house...

Unless you don't like white because there was a LOT of white.

It was listed at $699,900.  I thought it would sell around $785,000...maybe more.

It sold...

For (approximately) $850,000.
