AND IT WENT FOR - 32 Leuty Avenue - BEACHES

Two weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 30 x 150 foot lot at 32 Leuty Avenue in the Beaches.

It was a house that was listed 2 years ago for $1,489,000 when it looked like this...

So, they did some work on the outside and they did a LOT of work on the inside.  And I really liked it.  

They completely modernized the house while still keeping a 'Beachy' feel.  

I just didn't really get the third floor.  No kid is going to sleep up there alone unless they are a teenager so that didn't really appeal to young families.  But it would be pretty easy to add a wall and create another bedroom.

It was listed at $2,689,000.
