Three weeks ago, I posted this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 16.37 x 73 foot lot at 781 Craven Road in Greenwood-Coxwell.

It was an interesting house and definitely not for everyone.

But if you were into minimalism and were good with a kitchen that looked like this when not in use...

Then this was a great condo option.

It was listed at $699,000.  At some point, the price was increased to $749,000.

It sold last week...

For (approximately) $720,000.
