PRICE DROP - 662 Dundas Street West - KENSINGTON
In September, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with a detached garage on a 12.25 x 90 foot lot at 662 Dundas Street West in Kensington.
It was a house that the listing said had been with the same owners for 50 years but there were no interior photos.
Though it looked alright from the outside, considering it was beside a house that seemed to have mattresses in the windows, and that it was only 12.25 feet wide, I thought the $879,900 asking price...
Was a little high.
I wasn't alone. This house didn't sell and now there are interior photos that show that the house has been really well taken care of but it is really narrow.
It has also had a price drop. The new price for this house is $825,500.
