In October 2015, I posted this 2,940 square foot, 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25.75 x 128 foot lot with a 2 car garage in Cabbagetown.

And when I posted it, I thought that maybe, just maybe...

It would have a price drop.

This was the kitchen...

It was listed at $2,875,000.

A month and a half later, the price was dropped to $2,750,000.

A year later, the price was dropped again to $2,375,000.

This was going to take a while.

It has now had another drop.  The new asking price for this house is...

$2,099,000.
